Letrozole or Clomid?

I have PCOS, TTC #1, Doctor talked to me today about Clomid to induce ovulation but I been reading about Letrozole works better for PCOS patients... Can you tell me your experience with any of this two?

I’ve done 15 medicated cycles. 6 rounds of Clomid and 9 of Femara. Both medications worked, I ovulated every round. Personally I’ve had better results with the Clomid, but Clomid seems to have more intense side effects compared to Femara.

For me Clomid didn’t worked but Letrozole did.
