For background I live in GA and I have my insurance through Kaiser Permanente. The doctors do no have their on # for you to call for emails. You message them on the app and then they call you. But the problem is radiology does not take messages through the app so you have to call the 800# for them to message them for you.

I went to radiology for my anatomy scan when I was exactly 19w pregnant. I still haven’t gotten the results..... I’m now 21w 5d I’ve called them multiple times with no avail saying they would get a message to the doctor. Today they said at noon you should get a call in 4 hours or so. It’s 9:47pm never got a call.... heart problems for babies run in the family so I really am worried and want these results... did this happen to anyone else what did you do?
