Sleep 109%!!
I had insomnia my whole pregnancy and it’s carried through to now 7 months postpartum!
Even though baby is sleeping through the night now, I’m still not.

I would actually say the 1st 6 months postpartum are the worst/hardest (I struggled w/ sleep & breastfeeding so I don’t feel like I could say one was worse than the other) I had postpartum depression & anxiety, I developed a new autoimmune disease, & a foot issue that I’d had in the past flared up again. Those 1st 6 months were sooo hard, just filled w/ pain, exhaustion & feeling like I was a shit mom who was doing everything wrong. My daughter is 4 years old & I still feel a little sad that I couldn’t really enjoy her tiny baby days but I’m also really glad it’s over & I never have to go through it again!

Breastfeeding which leads to lack of sleep basically. They nurse every 2-3 hours in the beginning even at night so you literally can’t get continuous sleep. That was rough
