Does a period mean ovulation?

This might be a dumb question, but i started thinking tonight, my husband and i are struggling with secondary infertility. Our daughter just turned five, and we’ve been trying for number two for about a year now. We have both had lab work and testing done (hsg, ultrasounds, SA, hormone labs etc) and everything has come back normal. So i started to wonder- every month i get a peak day on my LH and my temps seem to rise on my Ava, and i do get a period typically light and 3-4 days (which i was told by three doctors is normal) but could i possibly not be ovulating even though everything points to the fact that i am? Or do these signs not necessarily mean ovulation?

Just getting stressed about it, and my husband deploys for a year next month so feeling defeated
