18dpo and now getting positive OPK tests

Hello

Just wondering if anyone has had the same? I have been taking digital ovulation test as I had a miscarriage in Feb. Had a positive OPK 18 Days ago and no for the past 3 days been getting positive OPK result.

Any chance this could be Pregnancy?
