Weird rash by lady bits

Does anyone have a clue what this could be? They are by my bikini area/sides of vagina. It started with them being itchy and flaky and dry. And i applied some creams but now it has turned dark and it makes me even more self conscious of my lady bits. Should i go to the gyno? Please leave comments of any ideas im starting to get worried
