Periurethral tearing during delivery

Hi I googled for the whole entire night and couldn’t sleep but found very little info on Periurethral tears. When I had my first I had a second degree tear on both ends going up and going down. I am super afraid of Periurethral tears where your urethra tears. I end up having a catheter for 4 weeks after delivery and severe bleeding and had to go to the ER a week after the delivery. It was the most painful experience and 2 years later now I still do not feel 100% when I bent a certain way or pick up my toddler. I also constantly pee my self a little. Does any one know what are the chances of having another Periurethral tear for the second vaginal delivery? Do you think it is worth it to choose elective c- section instead? I’m really am super scared and started crying in the middle of the night thinking about the pain and what I had to go through. I will speak to my ob about this during my next visit but I just want to see if other people have experience this or have insights that can help me calm my nerves a bit. Thanks
