Hcg not doubling anymore

The last couple of days I've had alittle cramping, headaches, nausea, and pink spotting.

Last week at 5 weeks my hcg was 544. Now at 6 weeks it is 719. So I guess I will be miscarrying in the next couple days :( I was really hoping this would finally be my 🌈 rainbow baby after 2 years of fertility treatments.
