Constipation- Help?

I am 7 weeks pregnant... Not able to eat alot of food which is causing really bad constipation... Any home remedies which can help?

Eating a lot of cooked greens has helped... chard, collard greens or kale.

Warm prune juice. It's not the best tasting but it will do the job. Also make sure you are drinking lots of liquids, that will help everything come out.
