Hi Mamas!

My June baby is turning one next week. We sleep trained him when he was 6 months old and since then he slept pretty well except when he wants his paci. In that case he would wake up and we put it back and he goes back to sleep. But past two week at around 3:30 AM he wake up and he is ready to start the day. He wants to play , talk with himself and rock back and forth in his crib. I have been keeping everything as before. Can you help me go through this stage. I am extremely exhausted 😴
