Help...

I went to my preconception appointment yesterday and had tests done on me and my husband and we're both fine, no issues, I ovulate and menstruate regularly. The problem is it's been 7 months ttc ! Why is it taking this long? Has this happened to anyone else who was healthy where it just took forever ?
