Positive test indentation line?

Faint positive still have  4 days before expected period. 
I Struggle with early miscarriages, is there anything you’ve found that you eat/take that helps make it past 6 weeks?

I’ve heard pineapple can help with implantation. Fresh and you’re supposed to eat the middle (core) too. I agree about having your progesterone checked. Hoping for your sticky baby!

I suffer the same thing always early miscarriage at 5 or 6 weeks I had four losses. Today at my gyn appointment the doctor recommended me take an 81mg baby aspirin everyday not sure until when but hope this helps.
