What does down syndrome look like on a 3D ultrasound?

This is at 16 weeks. Does this look Normal? I go for anatomy scan the 15th. It looks like no nose is it just too early ? Or is this Down syndrome where the nose bone isn’t present?

Honestly, the picture is hard to make out.  Soft markers for DS include, but aren't limited to: increased fluid on the back of the neck (cystic hygroma), a white spot on babys heart, brain and/or abdomin, small or absent nasal bone, and small leg and arm bones.  If your doctor noticed any of these, they most likely would have told you, and offered either NIPT, CVS, or an amniocentesis.
