Contractions?? 38w...
So I got up at like 1am to pee last night and had the most excruciating pain in my back. Like right above my hip bone on the left side. Took a bit to go away. But then again it happened twice this morning when I got up. I was basically in tears / nauseous over it. I’m ok now bc it stopped. It can’t be a muscle bc that would be constant. So I’m wondering if they’re contractions.
Idk. I know nothing. TIA. ???
