Pcos and naturally conceiving

I'm on day 82 and I have 90-94 day cycles. I've been trying for almost 8 months but my opks say that I'm always low fertility and I assume that I don't ovulate. I don't want to have to be put on clomid or anything like that but if I have to I will.

Ladies. I have been trying for 3 years and had irregular cycles. I started taking these and I’m ovulating a whole WEEK sooner than I normally do. I would recommend trying these out or looking at ovistol

Im in the same situation, I’m debating on trying to induce my period because I don’t want birth control to regulate it and maybe progesterone supplements could help too

I found this book by a dietitian, with PCOS, and it tells you that artificial hormones like birth control and progesterone don't give you a real period. They only rupture the wall lining, and there's blood, but you will not ovulate. I hadn't had a natural period in a while and started the keto diet, and have had my period for 3 months now. If you want to take something, Ovasitol is supposed to be great for balancing hormones. I just started mine. Good luck. If you care for reading check out "Fix Your Period" by Nicole Jardim.
