Low grade fever
Hi mamas, this is the first time our LO has a low grade fever not from a vaccine, probably a bug of some sort. He's been running like 99-100 and we've been rotating Tylenol and Advil. The pediatrician said bring him in if it gets closer to 103 but how many days is it normal to have a low grade fever? I could call them back but looking for personal experience too.
