Im 6days pp my milk came in 2days pp and the engorgement has gone away now my right softens up after she feeds and she feeds every 2hours

But my left still always feels hard when she feeds. It will soften up a little bit but still feel hard and I don’t know it’s normal

It’s feel kind of numb too . It doesn’t really hurt . Itsjust uncomfortable

And like this is my first time breastfeeding like if i feel like I need to call my doctor do I call my ob ???

I use a hand pump in between feedings too, milk comes out but it stays hard

Is there anything I can do ? Should I worry? Is this just temporary and will it resolve on itself? Or should I see my doctor
