What can I take for allergies while breastfeeding?

Woke up this morning and they are killing me 😭

Some people have no issues with zyrtec or claritin.  Personally, I noticed a big drop in my supply no matter what allergy meds I take while breastfeeding.  I do nose spray but that’s if.
