Couped up inside all day in the dark with my baby

My 5 month old doesn’t sleep anywhere unless it’s in my arms at home while being bounced. I want to make summer memories with him and taje pictures and go out, etc. But he cries hysterically in the car seat and in the stroller. He can’t nap unless it’s in my arms and needs bouncing. He hates being in the baby carrier too. But there can’t even be even a little bit of light!! I don’t know what to do but I’m just sad that I’m spending my summer at home in the dark 24/7 with him.
