Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night unable to fall asleep again because they have a song stuck in their head?

I usually fall asleep without too much issue at about 10.30pm/11pm but then wake up around 1am or 2am and can't get back to sleep because I randomly have an ear worm (music in my head that I can't shake).

I try not to listen to a lot of music too close before bed, or even too much at all during the day really.

Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have advice to prevent it from happening or stop it when it does so I can have a better night's sleep?

Thanks. 🥱
