Guys I don’t know what to do!!?

We booked a vacation and are staying on the coast of Oregon.

Upon arrival, we were satisfied with how the room looked. But after Looking around a bit we started to notice little things that bothered us. They weren’t a big deal until they started adding up and I’m just not sure this place is worth how much I paid

I paid $1,650 for 7 days.

In an email I got before arriving, they explained that if we break anything or damage anything, then we will be charged for it. (Obviously reasonable)

However, I’m afraid of getting charged for the things we found wrong, despite them not being our fault.

This is a list of all the things that are wrong

They said to keep the door locked when not home, but when we arrived, the back door was unlocked

The patio chair is cracked

Another patio chair is rusted to shit

The table that goes with the rusted chair looks obscene!!

The wall next to the bar stools is scratched to shit

There’s a cabinet door missing!!!! (In the photos advertised, the cabinet door was there)
