How do I fix damaged hair from dying it?

So I been getting my hair done professionally and honestly my hair has never been so damaged! It used to be so soft and now it’s super dry and just damaged. There’s no flow with my hair anymore, its dry and stringy!

I’ve gotten my hair done previously by someone else and it was never this dry! My new hairstylist uses powder bleach idk if that matters

But I love doing color but I want my hair to be healthy at the same time, I want my hair to flow again and be soft! How can I bring my hair back to life?

Should I also tell my hairstylist that my hair became damaged? Can she even do anything?
