I am thinking to take ‘up spring milk flow lactation supply’ . This product has good reviews in amazon. But I see Carageenan content in the ingredients section. Is it okay to
Consume? Please share your thoughts

A few years back I had terrible IBS and suspected I had inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)... I had done some researching on a few ingredients and carageenan came up as a trigger for inflammatory bowel disease and that it is used to induce IBD in mice when doing medicine trials. I avoid it because of that.
