Kissing babies??

Please can I get some opinions in this. This has been a big issue with SO family members.

If baby is fully vaccinated, and family is up to date on vaccinations, I have no issues with forehead kisses. But immediate family only! My parents and my sister.
My in-laws smoke and they respect us asking them to keep their faces away from baby’s face.
If anyone has any signs of getting sick, no hugs or kisses!

Everyone in my immediate family kisses baby on the head or cheeks. Only me and my husband kiss our baby on the mouth, and only sometimes. We don't really have rules about it, that's just how it's always been. 
The only rules we have are no kisses or touching from strangers...it bothers me when strangers think it's cool to touch other people, especially babies.

we watch out for HSV1 in my family because my dad gave it to me when i was a baby from kissing me. my husbands family really doesn’t do kisses either, except his gramma. but she just kisses hands or the baby’s toes, we just make sure nothing on the face. and i agree baby should be vaccinated as well as anyone giving it kisses.
