Breast pump cleaning hacks?

Anyone have any cleaning hacks on cleaning your pump. My pump has a milk film over it no matter what. I clean it immediately after use, I mean the longest it’s sat after a use is 30 minutes and that was one time. I use hot hot water and soap and scrub the crap out of it and it still is a film on it. Any advise would be appreciated

Dapple soap, it’s specifically designed for breast milk and worked way better than any regular dish soap including Dawn. After that you can sterilize as usual. I also would store my parts in the fridge after rinsing and then just wash and sterilize once a day (I exclusively pumped for months and that was the best hack I learned)

I was gifted these and they actually come in handy.
They really do get everything really clean.
Highly suggest them.

Sometimes I found I had to re-sterilize my parts in boiling water to get the film off, my milk was super fatty so it was hard to get it off completely

Have you tried boiling it maybe?

Hot Vinegar ￼(boiled) has helped keep mine super clean. It doesn’t exactly smell the nicest but it’s very effective

Do you use any sort of oils when you pump like coconut oil or the lubrication spray? Usually a bottle brush and Dawn do the trick!
