Need some help
I have a genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) that causes severe brain fog. And alot of people who share the same condition have talked about how going to healthier diets help clear it up.
I've been wanting to start the vegan lifestyle for two reasons besides to help clear up my brain fog: I'm allergic to milk( no not the lactose I'm sick to my stomach allergy but the my tongue and throat swells up to the point of not being able to breathe and have to take steroids to open it up again along with getting a rash in my mouth allergy) and everything meat has been making me physically sick.
What are some foods you'd suggest/meals to make?
