Background: I have had sex with 2 guys EVER, both virgins, condoms used with the second

A couple days ago I was noticing my vagina was a little sore. I was unsure of the cause, but just left it. Today I got home and I looked closer, and I saw sores at the entrance of my vagina. Not on the vulva. Not on the labia. Right below the inside/The beginning of the inside. I am losing my mind. I thought before that I probably had a yeast infection or a uti, but there are sores. I looked up pictures of genital herpes, yeast infection sores, just about everything I can think of and I cannot for the life of me match it to anything that I find. I have no way of scheduling with a gynecologist as I am a minor and I am tracked with Life360, I am screwed. Is it likely that I could have herpes? The second guy definitely didn't give it to me, as he was a virgin and we used condoms. The first guy was also a virgin and was also over a year ago and I have not seen this flare up before today and I'm unsure if it is possible for these sores to remain dormant for over a year. I have also been taking more baths lately and I feel that could have maybe caused irritation that lead to the sores? Please help.
