im 7 weeks and when I stand up too quickly or sneeze my right side of my pelvis gets a sharp pulling sensation? it only last about a minute.. everything I've read says it happens in second trimester?

i know baby is in the right place so not ectopic. what else could it be? the pain can be so sudden and sharp it sometimes makes me feel lightheaded when i stand up and it happens.. any ideas? should i be concerned?
