Whata a good way to lose weight while pregnant?
Or maintain? I weigh almost 220 and im 5 foot 7. I'm obese. I've struggled with ED in the past and I'm really wanting to hurt my body right now. Since I've gotten pregnant I've gained almost 30lbs. My partner is constantly on me about my weight and thinks I'm fat. I actually was starting to feel less hate for my body...
