I need healthy coping activities

Lately my anxiety has been really, really bad. When I see myself in the mirror I can’t help but to sit there and pick my face! My acne isn’t even terrible but I can’t help but to sit there, sometimes for even an hour, to the point I’m being accused of being a tweaker. I’ve scarred my skin making myself even more insecure. Is there any way to break this habit? It only gets this bad when I’m super stressed and I don’t know how to even relax at this point in my life. Any advice would be much appreciated thank you
