Morning sickness, what's helping you??

Specifically mine is in the morning, I'm so gross for like 3 hours. And then very yucky all day but not as bad. If you're also sick in the AM what is your routine? What's working?

I'm using dicletin, ginger tea, ginger beer, going for walks / fresh air, magnesium spray, etc ... and naps. But I'm barely getting thru with all of that!
