My husband keeps cheating with the same woman

My husband & I have been together for 14 years & married 6. He was with this woman before me & they ended up breaking up. He chose to be with me. Since that time, I have caught him still being in contact with her numerous of times. He says that it’s innocent on his end but she is still in love with him. I’m not going to pretend as if this doesn’t make me some what insecure. She & I have had a few run ins over time. We have 2 small children now & we are doing well financially. He is from another state & I know that when he goes home to see his parents that he sees her. I am positive of it. What should I do? Does he love this woman?
