Short naps and super fussy

So we just got out of leap 1 where he would basically only sleep for an hour and stay up for a while longer than usual and only a few long naps here and there. A couple of nights ago we had a good night so we thought that the leap is over (been just over a week) and now last night it was basically the same again but he was super fussy and I think he’s been having tummy problems (straining to push and grunts from it) he’s only been having small green sticky poops here and there except from one last night that was pretty much normal. Is he not sleeping well because of his tummy problem, is it just the new norm of sleep routine atm, or possibly jumped into the next leap if possible? I’m exhausted 😴
