Period-like cramps in week 4 of early pregnancy

I have taken 3 tests, each with a positive result (though still one day out from my expected period). I am having period-like cramps in my ovarian and uterus regions. Nothing severe, but definitely noticeable. Wondering if anyone else has experienced similar cramping in early pregnancy?
