Pcos, Trying to conceive..

When iWas 19 iWas told I had PCOS iWas severely over weight &&my periods weren't regular iAlmost went 2years without a Period, but now I'm 25 &&completely lost Alote of weight &&I'm trying g to conceive now &&my periods seems to be more regular &&coming now on its own.. can iStill get pregnant without any worries?
