Sugar Cravings
I'm breastfeeding our 2.5wk old and I'm eating non-stop! The meals I eat are healthy as I'm not really feeling fried food, but the sugar cravings are next level and no matter what i try to have in its place I'll end up eating something sugary. I had diet controlled GD this pregnancy and didn't crave it at all. Does anyone have any tips for curbing the cravings?
