Lip tie

My daughter is one and since she was a newborn, I thought for sure she had a lip tie but everyone who I showed, said no way but now .... I’m even more convinced and don’t know why I listened to those who said it’s not. I’m pretty sure that’s the reason for the gab in her two front teeth. Is this something to bring up to her doctor ? Will it correct itself ? Does she need the surgery ? Does it delay her speech ? Advice please ?
