Dark green poop
My son has a mixed diet, I pump breast milk and supplement with formula, for the past 3 weeks he’s been having dark green poops and only does poo once every three days what could it be? I do pump so it could not be fat imbalance maybe I’m not producing enough hind milk? Could it be something more serious? He was born 5 weeks premature.
