Has anyone conceived only having sex on Peak day?

I’m trying not to symptom spot. I hate that early pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS symptoms! I am 9dpo I believe and feeling bummed. Due to hubby’s work schedule, we were only able to BD on the morning I got my PEAK (stand still smiley on CB Advanced). AF is expected sometime between Thursday and Monday I guess, my periods are weird between 29-35 days. Around 6-7 dpo I had minor cramps in my pelvis and then one sharp pain on my right side and now i have no cramps. My back has been hurting in the middle as well. I’ve been nauseous yesterday and today, mainly after I eat or drink anything. Usually my boobs get sore before AF and they haven’t.

Have any of you gotten a BFP after only having sex one time during your fertile window, mainly on peak day? Do pregnancy symptoms really happen as soon as 6dpo like some women say?

I guess I’m trying to stay positive but we’ve been trying for a year actively and I had a MC last July.
