i’m scared help!!!

i had sex with 2 people separately (both were protected) and was supposed to start my period but i’m now 2 days late. i’m super constipated and don’t know if that’s what’s causing my cramps or if i’m just cramping cause i’m gonna start my period. i took a 5 days early test that says (preg or not) and it was “not preg” that was 3 days before my period was supposed to start. around 3/4 weeks ago i got with someone and took plan b and started bleeding a few days after that randomly and now i don’t know what to do because i don’t know if my period is going to be irregular bc i already had it last month. i’m super scared and need y’all’s help. my discharge was white and alittle clumpy. apparently i’m supposed to look out for clear discharge but i haven’t had any of that. what should i do?!?!
