I’m 6 weeks pp and I’m scared to have sex again!! I had stitches and it has been the worst.  It still burns to pee on one side

I had stitches with my firstborn and this baby. First one it was like 4 months because we were too tired 🤣
This one is 7 weeks and we still haven’t yet. I’ve been cleared though 
Check with your OB if you’re having any pain down there.

Just got cleared at 8 weeks. Tried that night and something popped/tore and I bled for a week (literally barely made it in 😂😩), so I’m going back in for an exam on Monday :/ honestly, if you’re not feeling 100% down there yet, don’t rush it! Mentally I wanted it, but I should’ve listened to my body more.

Sounds too soon. Do it when you feel comfortable and healed. I am 8w and don’t feel ready also.

I had stitches in my clit and perineal. I had sex at 6 weeks (after being cleared from doctor) and it hurt so much!! More painful then enjoyable.
I then had sex at 7 weeks postpartum and it still hurt but not as bad. 
Hopefully next time is better.

I waited until o got cleared. I had stitches too. I just made sure we went slow. At first it was uncomfortable but it got better and I relaxed.
