So, me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for about 3 months now. We are both 25 and I recently had a gyno appointment and was told everything was fine and to start taking a prenatal vitamin since we are interested in becoming pregnant. My period is usually medium to heavy flow and usually thick with tissue. This time I got VERY light spotting, only when I wiped for the first 2 days of my expected period and then nothing the 3rd day. Is it possible it was implantation bleeding? Did this happen to someone and you ended up pregnant? Please help lol I don't want to get too excited. I took a cheap pregnancy test the day of my period and it was negative. I'm not sure if I should test again.
