Has anyone's babies had a UTI?

If so, what were the symtoms? 
Jaxson has had a fever since Monday of 101-102. I took him to urgent care and they tested him for RSV, strep, covid and flu and all came back negative. They're giving him Amoxicillin for an ear infection but also said his throat was pretty swollen. 
His fever isn't getting better 3 days later and he woke up last night grabbing his belly and his diaper crying and saying "ow", arching his back, etc. I'm calling his pediatrician today but wonder if he has a UTI. Hes also not wanting to eat or drink much. 😥

Yes, Lilah had a horrible one last summer. Her temp skyrocketed out of no where. After Tylenol it just kept climbing. She had no other symptoms but we knew we had to take her in. She was shaking uncontrollably from the fever and by the time we got to urgent care, her temp was 105.9. They said she had a virus and we needed to run it’s course but I refused that answer. I asked for covid test and a catheter for uti. The catheter was horrific but sure enough, it was a uti. She cried during diaper changes for a day or two but antibiotics helped and she was back to herself after two days.

Ivy hasn't. But I work as a carer at a disability home where residents are particularly at risk of UTIs. Its especially hard when they can't verbalise whats wrong. Fevers, pain in their crotch, grabbing at their privates are all pretty common symptoms.
