Postitive LH surge before period !

Hey guys soo I’m freaking out! I know I’m close to getting my period but for some reason I just wanted to pee on a stick, I did that which was the opk and it came super positive! Soo I just want to know is there any truth to it am I actually pregnant or what ? Because I don’t want to really get my hopes up for nothing ! I need answers and advice & im actually scared to take a hpt until my period doesn’t show up! (The pink one was a test from last night! & the blue was this morning ) I just need answers!
