Any advice

I have been so depressed lately because my bf of 5 years recently broke up with me.

I have been feeling so lonely. I tried not to talk to him, but I had a few weak moments and I texted him. He was a bit mean & told me he didn’t want to talk to me anymore.

He blocked me on everything and blocked my phone number.

One day , I called him from my work phone and he told me that he didn’t want to talk and to stop contacting him.

I feel so embarrassed because i can’t believe he sees me like this. Like I’m a “crazy ex “ harassing him.

It just hurts because a few months ago he was still talking to me from morning to night. And still telling me that he loved me. And now he has me blocked on everything.

I’m so heartbroken 💔
