**TMI PHOTOS** *WARNING* My Miscarriage Story
I found out on May 12th that I was pregnant with my first baby and couldn't believe I was finally blessed with this after years of trying. 2 weeks later, I was in the hospital for bleeding and tissue loss. I was told I was having a miscarriage and that hopefully all would pass throughout the weekend. That next week I went for a follow-up appointment with another doctor and was told everything was looking good and there was a sac and my levels increased from 6400 to 18,537. My emotions were so all over the place because I had finally come to terms with my miscarriage to just now be told something else. A week later I went back (yesterday) for a follow-up to be told it hadn't grown further and that there was a yolk sac but no fetus. I was supposed to be 7 weeks 4 days but only measuring 6 weeks 1 day.

My options were to let my body continue to try to miscarry fully on its own (I had been bleeding for over 2 weeks but hadn't bleed for 2 days), take a medication called Misoprostal to induce labor/abortion, or schedule a D & C to clean me out. I opted for the Misoprostal. Picked up 4 - 200mcg tablets from the pharmacy and inserted vaginally by my cervix. I was told that most bleeding starts within a few hours and only last 1-4 hours. My cramping started after 35 minutes and finally 3 hours later I started bleeding some. I bled all throughout the night with very strong, painful, waves of contractions and finally passed the sac this morning (14 1/2 hours later!!). My body is still cramping as if there is more tissue to expel. I'm so ready for this 2 1/2 week long nightmare and pain to be over with. So mentally and physically exhausted. I'm sharing my story and some photos for other women who may be starting to go through such a thing. You are not alone and God has a plan. ❤️
