Cold/flu symptoms before BFP?

Has anyone has cold or flu like symptoms leading up to their BFP? Sunday, I went to the beach, got home and felt like SHIT. I was dizzy I almost passed out I felt so weird. Then Monday I got this AWFUL sore throat, and one side of my nose was getting stuffy. Wake up Tuesday morning and boom, I feel like absolute shit. Both nostrils stuffy can’t taste anything or smell anything. Sinus pressure and pain. Sneezing like crazy throat still feels awful. I was dizzy and light headed. Also has a fever of 100.4. Then today still sore throat now have an awful cough, fever is now at 98.8, my nose is still stuffy but now I can smell and taste things again( thank god I thought I had covid I got tested and it was negative) I haven’t gotten sick in so long and it’s literally summer I have no idea what’s wrong with me. Has anyone had this before BFP?
