can dehydration cause a positve OPK?

Opinions please, I am at the end of my fertile week. I had what I thought was a positive OPK earlier on in the week accompanied by EWCM. But then yesterday had another load of EWCM n tested this morning and got this! A lot more positive looking than earlier on in the week but my urine looked very bright like I was dehydrated.

Thoughts?

I had a + opk on 11/27 & 11/28 but no temp increase so I kept testing & had a definite + Yesterday so it can happen & my temp increased this morning ;)

I had 3 positives in one month. Sometimes our bodies gear up for ovulation then just don't release an egg, so they try again at a later date
