Tips!

So I workout every morning for about 15-20 minutes Monday- Friday with my weights. I have scoliosis and I'm trying to improve my posture but after working out I feel drained and don't feel like standing for another 20-30 minutes.

What I want to know is how do I find the time to do my posture corrector?

I'm open to tips and advice pls.
