Any docs on here that can explain my ekg

So I’m a 21 year old female who has experienced dizziness and light headednes,

To the point where I can’t don nothing but sit my feet swell and wen I feel drunk 24/7 .. I’m uninsured and live in town that only has a ugergent care and they told me the would treat the simple stuff but send me somewhere else if serious so the treated me for dehydration and I still feel foggy 3 days later they did a ekg cuz my bp was going from high to low they gave me the ekg test results didn’t go over anything then told me to talk to my doctor (which I don’t have )

So I was wondering if somebody tell me wat this ekg means and if I need to go to anouther hospital or sum
